Nice to have
- 2+ years’ housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Familiarity with custodial practices and techniques

- Promptly report any maintenance concerns to supervisors, assisting in the preservation of the property’s condition and preventing larger, more expensive repairs.
- Eliminate dust, dirt, and cobwebs through comprehensive sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting, creating a refined, healthy atmosphere that impresses and reassures.
- Thoroughly disinfect kitchens and bathrooms to prevent the spread of germs and cross-contamination, safeguarding the health and well-being of everyone who uses the space.
- Manage waste effectively by emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners, maintaining a fresh, odor-free, and professional environment.
- Achieve a crystal-clear finish on mirrors and glass surfaces, enhancing the overall appearance of the area and demonstrating a high standard of care.
- Keep shared spaces clean and organized to promote order, safety, and a welcoming environment in lobbies, hallways, and communal areas.
